Sunflower Gymnastics
At Sunflower Gymnastics we believe in teaching gymnastics in a positive, encouraging, challenging, and supportive environment. We believe in teaching and challenging each student at their own level.
We strive to build self-esteem, promote self-confidence, build physical fitness, facilitate coordination development and encourage independence.
We have classes for ages 20 months old to over 40 years old. Me and My grown up, tots, recreational gymnastics classes, competitive trampoline and tumbling team, teen tumblers and cheer classes and various camps in the summer.
We also have birthday parties available.
